{"id":635,"date":"2015-10-02T11:06:03","date_gmt":"2015-10-02T09:06:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.collet-sas.com\/?page_id=635&#038;lang=en"},"modified":"2020-04-09T14:59:54","modified_gmt":"2020-04-09T12:59:54","slug":"related-production-and-storage","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.collet-sas.com\/en\/tools\/related-production-and-storage\/","title":{"rendered":"RELATED PRODUCTION AND STORAGE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>We have a wide variety of production tools:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>13 Z Blade steel mixers<\/strong> with different capacities ranging from 0.8m3 to 13 m3 (8 of 13 m3 for steel jacket and inert system), with operating temperatures between 220\u00b0C and 230\u00b0 C<\/li><li><strong>26 mixers<\/strong> with different stirring devices, with a capacity ranging from 2.5 to 150 m3, equipped with (re)heating systems fueled by thermal fluids that can keep the temperature at 75\u00b0C to 180\u00b0C<\/li><li><strong>T turbosphere (0.6 m\u00b3, 2 m\u00b3 et 7 m\u00b3)<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>In-line mixers<\/strong> (liquid or pasty products) with associated flow meters for your in-line mixing needs<\/li><li><strong>Besides our mixers<\/strong>, we offer grinding tools and\/or lump breaking tools for dry products before dissolving them, or in-line grinding using equipment such as Siefer \u00ae, IKA grinder&#8230;<\/li><li><strong>2 SANDVIK \u00ae pelletizing units<\/strong> (belt 1.5m wide, band between 22 and 25 meters long, equipped with Rotoform \u00ae pelletizer), with a flow rate of 1 to 2.5 t\/h.<\/li><li><strong>2 emulsification units<\/strong> with colloid mills for supplying bitumen emulsions, with a rotor speed of 44 m\/s, which facilitates the shearing.
